Black Flag Promotions LLC provides custom apparel, promotional products, printing, engraving, and related services. These Terms apply to all purchases, services, and interactions with our business.

2. Orders & Production

  • All orders must be reviewed and approved by the customer before production begins.

  • Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

  • We are not responsible for errors approved by the customer, including spelling, design placement, colors, or sizing.

3. Custom Products

Due to the custom nature of our products:

  • All custom and personalized items are final sale.

  • Slight variations in color, placement, or size may occur and are not considered defects.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Payment is required in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors or suspected fraud.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Black Flag Promotions LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or events beyond our control.

  • Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our Return Policy is incorporated into these Terms. Please review it before placing an order. Refunds or replacements are only provided for defective or incorrect items caused by our error and must be reported within the stated timeframe.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Customers confirm they have the legal right to use any logos, images, or designs provided.

  • Black Flag Promotions LLC is not responsible for trademark or copyright violations related to customer-supplied content.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any order that contains offensive, illegal, or infringing material.

8. Use of Artwork & Samples

Unless otherwise agreed, Black Flag Promotions LLC may use images of completed products for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

Black Flag Promotions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order.

10. Care Instructions

Customers are responsible for following provided care instructions. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper washing, drying, or use.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
