  • Bulk, custom, or specialty orders may require additional production time. We will notify you if this applies.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • We ship orders using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or other major carriers.

  • Shipping timeframes are estimates only and begin once the order has shipped, not when it is placed.

  • Black Flag Promotions LLC is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or events beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where an error was made on our part.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email (if provided).

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees to reship.

  • Black Flag Promotions LLC is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Black Flag Promotions LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist with a carrier claim if applicable.
